After I stopped playing hockey, I had no idea what I wanted to do next. Then I stumbled upon Ironman, and instantly knew this was it. With zero experience, I signed up for my first race and started documenting the journey to stay accountable and inspire others. I wanted to show that you can perform at a high level, win your age group, eat what you want, laugh, and still be a serious athlete. Since then, I’ve graduated university, balanced 20-hour training weeks with a full-time job and social media, and eventually left my job as a design engineer to go all in on triathlon and my own business.

I offer programs for all ages and skill levels, including beginner, competitive training, and private lessons.
Do you provide training plans or just coaching?
Both! You can choose between fully personalized 1:1 coaching or downloadable training plans tailored to your race distance and goals.
Can I book a consultation call?
Absolutely! You can book a free introduction call where we’ll talk about your current fitness level, goals, and how we can build a plan that fits your life and schedule.
Do i get any other discounts?
Yes! Members of this community will receive discounts on testing, bike fits, and nutrition services. More details will be shared soon.
Are your coaching programs available year-round?
Yes, training and coaching are available all year, no matter the season. Programs are fully online, so you can train wherever you are.
Do you offer in-person sessions or camps?
Yes, I offer occasional in-person sessions, training camps, and workshops for athletes who want hands-on guidance and group sessions.
How do I sign up for coaching?
You can apply directly through my website or send me a message on Instagram (@lumbatri). Once we’ve had an intro call, I’ll help you get started with your personalized training program.
